ABOUT US

The Reverend W.J. Peterson brought to us the everlasting Gospel of the Kingdom, and preached
to men who lived on the earth with the Holy Ghost, bearing witness of his Apostleship by bringing
many Sons and Daughters to God, through Jesus Christ, by the Apostle's guidance.

The Bible, which is the inspired written Word, witnessed his teaching, for he was able to open the
Book and reveal its symbols.  Through his teaching, the truth of the Bible was revealed.

A new outlook and concept were given to the believers of the Apostle's Gospel.  Those who
partook of the words and believed in his Gospel were made free from the doctrines of men; free
from tradition; free from the false teaching emanating through many leaders who presume they
are right.  They were free from sanctioning false gods  and their holy days that are now being
celebrated by the so-called "Christians" of this world.  The Bible does not witness these false
leaders' teachings.  The false doctrines these "Christians" preach must be taught against.

The Apostle W.J. Peterson stood up alone against leaders who make the people stray.  He was a
solider, a fighter for truth.  His words shall always be remembered by his followers and believers,
and they shall live forever through his disciples and their children.

His work is being continued.  Before he passed in 1969, he put the Church and all it's assemblies,
has continued through the administration of Bishop W. Duren, Bishop J.J. Sears (Jan.
26,1928-July 31, 1985),Bishop C.L. Rawls, and Bishop E. Rice. These four men, with the Apostle,
make up the fivefold ministry of the Pentecostal Church of God. This truth is founded by
uncovering all falsehoods where it may be found.
